Architects of a Greener Economy
E2SG Partners, LP is a private equity partnership focused on disruptive business concepts and technologies that materially accelerate the greening of the economy while delivering exceptional economic returns.
About E2SG
Driven by sound, time-tested investment principles, E2SG seeks partnership opportunities specifically within the ESG space. This focus bolsters innovation in companies crucial to the successful, accountable growth of our global communities. Our intention is strengthening companies that responsibly contribute to the needs of society and deliver compelling returns over time.
By leveraging our combined experience in environmentally conscious and sustainable solutions, we’re able to assist leadership teams with challenges they may face during growth in green business sectors. Providing direction and resources to companies invested in ESG principles – and helping them scale effectively – is an absolute priority for E2SG in our commitment to both investor and company.
Fund I
Fund I will be dedicated exclusively to our distributed Hybrid Renewables concept (HR). Hybrid Renewables are efficient, wind/solar hybrid systems for powering communities and municipalities. By combining wind and solar electrical generation into a single package, Hybrid Renewables creates a more reliable and consistent, community-based source of power, than either independent solar or wind systems.
Poised to materially disrupt the status quo in the energy industry, Hybrid Renewables are bringing cleaner, greener, and more reliable energy to the end user by utilizing a distributed model requiring no long-distance transmission vs. the current conventional concentrated renewable development model.
Our plan is to build 100 HR sites in Minnesota where we have a favorable regulatory environment for distributed generation systems under 5 MW. Importantly, these systems are proven, the economics are attractive, and our business model virtually eliminates economic risk.
